Summer is finally here and it’s the perfect time to think of cooking and drinking with seasonal ingredients. CAPRESE SALAD with STRAWBERRIES and MOZZARELLA
4 cups Strawberries, hulled and split
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup Basil torn apart
1 Fresh Mozzarella Ball or 1 Cup Mini Mozzarella Balls
Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Glaze
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients on a platter, and drizzle with Balsamic and Olive Oil. Optional sprinkle with kosher salt.
