Keep Your Wine Chilled the Grape Way

The hot days of summer call for cool drinks. The wine in your glass may start out chilled but we all know that doesn't last long on a hot day.  Here's a great way to keep your wine cool without diluting the taste - add frozen grapes marinated in wine to your glass of Osmosis Rosé or Sauvignon Blanc.  And yes on a hot day, to keep your red wine from getting warm too quickly, why not add them to your glass of Osmosis Red Blend or Cabernet Sauvignon.  

  • Cover a desired amount of grapes with the wine you are going to drink and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Take the grapes out of the wine and freeze them in a tray or bag for at least 6 hours until they are totally frozen. 
  • Then add them to your glass of wine and enjoy!
  • The benefit is as they sit in the wine glass they will thaw and become further infused with wine and will be delicious to eat!
